We are seeking experienced Snow Plow Dump Truck Drivers to help keep parking lots, loading docks, and parking structures safe and accessible during the winter season. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ properties are clear of snow and ice, working in a supportive environment that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow and salt trucks (pickup trucks and dump trucks) along established routes to remove snow and ice from parking lots, loading docks, and parking structures
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed after snow removal
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and effective operation
• Respond promptly to snow events, remaining on call and available 24/7 during the winter season
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete routes efficiently and safely
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including daily sanitization of trucks and equipment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating snow plow and salt trucks
• Ability to obtain a chauffeur's license and MDOT Medical Card if not already held
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Availability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the winter season
• Ability to pass a background check
