Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Familiarity with data and analytics projects is a plus
• Certification in Scrum methodologies is preferred

• Coach Agile teams in Scrum practices and principles
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the teams progress
• Ensure that Agile processes are followed for successful project delivery
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
