Under the direction of the Regional Vice President of Property Management the Regional Property Manager is responsible for leading employees and managing the operations of a portfolio of properties in various phases of development construction and lease up.
Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Effectively manage all communities to achieve financial and operational targetsSKILLS & ABILITIES
