JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re seeking a detail-oriented Polisher to operate
precision equipment and prepare ceramic-coated anilox rolls for laser engraving. This role involves hands-on polishing, inspection, and equipment setup to meet exacting standards for size, taper, and surface finish. What You\'ll Do: Operate superfinish/polishing machines to meet specifications Inspect rolls for accuracy, taper, and surface quality Use precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) Perform and document routine equipment maintenance Load/unload rolls using overhead crane or manually Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Support the team and communicate effectively with supervisors \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 12 years of polishing or machining experience, or technical training (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use shop math Proficiency with precision measuring tools (to .0001) Understanding of geometric tolerances (taper, concentricity, etc.) Willingness to work overtime as needed \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: greenbay@flexstaff.com Apply Online: Call For Appointment: 920-965-8350 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
