Job Description

**CTG is seeking to fill a Performance Tester position for our client.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 11 months **Duties:** + Design and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise. + Conduct performance testing for SAP and/or Hybris systems. + Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues. + Prepare and maintain test plans, cases, and reports. **Skills:** + **LoadRunner Enterprise** expertise. + Experience with **SAP** and/or **Hybris** performance testing. + Proficiency with ** , **WebServices** , **SAP** , and **TruClient** protocols. + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. **Experience:** + 5+ years in performance testing with LoadRunner Enterprise. + Proven experience testing SAP or Hybris environments. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
