Job Title:  Per Patient Registered Nurse (PP RN)
Location: Michigan (with travel as required)

Job Summary:

• Premier Dialysis is seeking a compassionate and self-directed Per Patient Registered Nurse (PP RN) to deliver high-quality dialysis care in the home setting. This flexible position is ideal for a nurse already employed full-time who is looking to earn extra side income without disrupting their current job. The work can be completed on the nurse's schedule as long as key responsibilities are met—most notably, that monthly labs are drawn during the first week of each month. This position is only open to nurses who have previously been trained in peritoneal dialysis (PD) or home hemodialysis (HHD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw monthly patient labs during the first week of each month.
• Complete and submit a monthly nursing note.
• Perform and document monthly medication reconciliation.
• Report to the RN Team Lead before monthly clinic visits.
• Participate in home dialysis training and retraining as needed.
• Utilize Workyard to track time, mileage, and weekly tasks.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, clinical protocols, and documentation standards.

Compensation:

• $150 per patient per month
• $40/hour for additional hourly work
• Training and retraining bonuses: $50 per training day (must be charted within 72 hours to qualify)

Travel & Vehicle Stipend:

• Mileage reimbursement on a bi-weekly basis following a structured chart.
• Tesla or company vehicle may be provided; chargers can be installed at the nurse's home.
• Staff responsible for proper maintenance and use of company-provided vehicles.

Scheduling:

• Work is self-directed and remote.
• Flexible hours – ideal for nurses with full-time jobs looking to supplement their income.
• Workyard app must be used daily for tracking mileage and task completion.

On-Call (Full-Time Only):

• This role does not require on-call duties unless the employee transitions to a full-time role.

Probationary Period:

• First two quarters (8 months) considered probationary.
• Training bonuses begin after 90 days.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Must have experience with peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Authorization to work in the United States
