The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal and communication skills, is well organized, good with computers, has high attention for detail, likes to learn, is coachable, can multi-task, and is goal oriented. Some personal travel experience is also helpful.
Description:
· Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients
· Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities
· Prepare quotes and review with clients in order to close bookings
· Create social media marketing posts and creative fliers
· Participate in various marketing activities
· Attend weekly training and webinars
· Complete certification trainings and attain specialization certifications
· Book online domestic and international travel packages including cruises, hotel, air, car, activities, and event tickets
· Create itineraries and invoices
· Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event

Qualifications:
· A high school diploma
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
