What You’ll Do - Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and brow services
- Deliver exceptional guest consultations and customized looks
- Build lasting guest relationships (and your book of business)

What You’ll Bring - Current Indiana Esthetician or Cosmetology license

Pay & Perks Stylists earn $45,000 - $85,000+ annually
(Commission-based + tips + bonuses)

Schedule Full-time shifts within salon hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 8am-9pm
- Fri-Sat: 8am-6pm
- Sun: 10am-6pm
Work Location: In person; must be able to reliably commute to salon to work
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
