Job Description

Pedros Restaurant is hiring dedicated, responsible, and goal orientated individuals to work in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant. We are searching for talented people who are enthusiastic about providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Takes guests food and drink orders, and relay orders to the kitchen.
Check patrons identification to confirm they meet the legal age for any alcoholic beverages.
Periodically check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals/drinks and correct any issues, if any, as soon as possible.
Collect payment from guests, give change if needed.
Upsell food and alcoholic beverages by suggesting pairings or recommending favorites.
Present bill to guests, making sure all food/drink items are correct.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables and bring them back to the kitchen for cleaning.
Performing opening and closing side-works as required.

An excellent candidate will exhibit the following qualities:
