We also host community events to bring dogs and their humans closer together, making our retreat a special place for everyone involved.
As a Daycare Attendant , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of the dogs in our care. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to build meaningful connections with dogs and their owners while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Supervising and engaging with dogs during daycare hours to ensure their safety and well-being. - Monitoring group play dynamics and managing interactions between dogs. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for all dogs. - Providing basic care, such as feeding and administering water as needed. - Observing and reporting any unusual behavior or health concerns to the team. - Building positive relationships with dog owners by providing updates and ensuring their peace of mind.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience working with dogs, professionally. - A genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of canine behavior. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. - A proactive and attentive approach to ensuring the safety and happiness of all dogs. - Physical stamina to handle an active, hands-on role.
