Key Responsibilities: + Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities. + Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility. + Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management. + Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives. + Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality. Work Environment: + Location: On-site + Travel Requirements: Occasional + Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: + Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++ + Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience + Writing Skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision + Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills + Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group Desired Qualifications: + Experience in Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations + Experience identifying leads through all-source databases Ready to Make a Difference?
