Job Description

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the team in Springfield, VA. The successful candidate will manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, collaborate on mission-driven digital solutions and provide user-focused support for efficient, functional solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the configuration, development and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow instances and related business processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver mission-aligned digital transformation solutions.

  • Design and build custom applications, workflows and process automations within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Provide hands-on support to end-users by creating effective, user-focused solutions.

Skillset

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance is a must.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with the ServiceNow platform.

  • Experience in managing Enterprise IT operations, including areas like networking, storage, systems administration, cybersecurity and architecture.

  • IAT Level II Certification.

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITILv4 Intermediate certifications is a plus.

  • Expertise with ServiceNow Madrid release or later.

  • Proven experience in designing custom scoped applications and enhancing core ServiceNow applications.

  • Expertise with Requirements gathering and designing workflows, and developing and documenting secure code.

  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party technologies into ServiceNow, as well as managing role-based access control and customizing fields/forms.
