Candidates MUST reside in the state of Florida OR be willing to relocate._ **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for formulating and defining the system scope and objectives based on customer needs. + Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. + Recommends and prepares technical procedure and design for new or existing applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. + Analyzes and revises existing system logic problems and documentation as necessary. + Tests, debugs, documents and in-services system modifications and upgrades. + Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application systems analysis. + Ensures that change management policies and procedures are being applied within team. + Takes ownership of resolution for product and/or implementation issues. + Provides mentorship to less senior team members and is accountable as a role model for customer service excellence. + Acts as project leader for designated projects as assigned. + May work on multiple software applications and/or support multiple institutions. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software OR 4 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as a Systems Analyst OR 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science field. + Must be experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design. + Must have participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation. + Must have sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes. + Understanding of interface specifications. + Information Systems (IS) Pharmacy experience + Cerner PharmNet experience + Cerner Millennium experience + Prior Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist Experience **Location:** **Clearwater, FL** **Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: Yes** **Shift Hours:** **varies** **Weekend Work:** **Occasional** **On Call:** **Yes** **How often will this team member be working remotely?** Hybrid Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled **Position** Senior PharmNet Analyst **Location** Clearwater:BayCare Sys Office East | Business and Administrative | Full Time **Req ID** 124787
