Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Accounting & Reporting

Are you a Big 4 auditor or corporate accountant looking to make the leap into a high-growth, dynamic environment? We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join a lean, high-impact corporate finance team where your work will be seen, valued, and rewarded.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with a strong accounting foundation and a desire to expand into financial reporting, analysis, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with divisional controllers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, insight, and improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes using a consolidation system (Onestream or similar)
  • Review divisional financial statements and perform detailed balance sheet analysis, with a focus on inventory and reserves
  • Collaborate with accounting teams across multiple locations to streamline and improve the close process
  • Provide accounting guidance to ensure financial statements are materially accurate and compliant
  • Assist in preparing data for external reporting and SEC filings
  • Contribute to internal management reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects
  • Support government census reporting and other regulatory filings

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional firm) or corporate accounting within a public manufacturing company
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control concepts (SOX experience preferred)
  • Experience with financial consolidation tools and ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset
