Security Helpline Associate Location Seffner, FL : Rooms To Go is currently looking for a Security Helpline Associate to add to our growing staff. If you are self-motivated, work well independently, have strong follow-up skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, and can multi-task well, but don't want a typical 9-5 job, then this position is perfect for you! What you will be doing:

• Answer calls regarding location security.
• for example, calls concerning alarm systems
• cameras malfunctioning
• follow up to 911 calls
• Review video involving customer accidents
• Create work orders with the appropriate department to handle any issues
• Assign access cards and key codes to associates
• Assist in protecting against possible internet fraud
• Frequently communicate with store personnel, other corporate security staff, and outside law enforcement representatives

What is needed for this role:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to use MS Office products including Excel
• Be available to work most weeks from 7:00 AM to 3:00PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 Monday through Friday and some weekends
• Because our stores are open 7 days a week, and most holidays, you are required to be on call for some holidays. We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter
• Must have a high level of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality
