Job Title: Scrum Master (5 Years of Experience)
Location: Remote (Continental US)
Need someone to work on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in facilitating the Agile Scrum process.
- Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily Scrum (Stand-ups)
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Review
- Sprint Retrospective
- Coach syncs (Scrum of Scrums)
- Identify and help resolve any impediments or obstacles that slow down the development team.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, and Delivery Manager to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and clearly understood by the development team.
- Ensure effective communication within the Scrum team and between the team and stakeholders.
- Shield the development team from external interference and distractions to maintain focus.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a Scrum team is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on the Scrum framework.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems, often through collaboration with team members.
- Relevant certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
