What You’ll Do

• Become a Ford product expert and help customers find the perfect vehicle
• Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM 
• Guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments and remote vehicle purchases when necessary
• Proactively follow up with unsold leads and past customers 
• Build lasting relationships and a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business 
• Self-market through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to grow your personal brand 
• Keep CRM updated with detailed notes, activities, and follow-ups 
• Stay sharp with current product knowledge, promotions, and digital selling techniques 
• Collaborate with management team to improve lead-to-sale conversion
