FleetForce is hiring a Recruiter (Success Coach) for their Bradenton, FL office!  $42,000 - $50,000 base salary + Commissions! 

Average $65,000-75,000 total 1st year earnings.
This is NOT a remote role. This position is on-site Full-time.

The  Recruiter (Success Coach) at FleetForce Truck Driver Training is responsible for onboarding individuals seeking professional driver training. This role works closely with the Placement Coordinator to develop and implement recruiting strategies, build relationships with potential students, and guide them through the enrollment process. The Success Coach provides support to new inquiries, assisting them in completing the necessary steps to enroll in the next available training class. This is a salary position that has a commission -driven component and bonuses , with earnings based on performance.

Job Duties:
  • The CDL Success Coach will take inbound calls and leads to connect with potential students and explain the benefits of FleetForce Truck Driver Training. 
  • Pre-screen leads for potential state funding eligibility.
  • Coach potential students to complete the necessary documents for enrollment.
  • Inform applicants about FleetForce’s training programs and how they compare to competitors.
  • Assist leads in scheduling required appointments within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Track, achieve, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Placement Coordinator weekly.
  • Successfully guide 15+ leads through the enrollment process each week.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to build relationships with potential students.
  • Experience with cold calling and social media recruiting is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
     

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit as required.
  • Comfortable using a computer and office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to see clearly at various distances, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Work environment includes a high noise level due to office activity.
