**Job Title: PCB Coating Operator** **Pay: $25-$30/hr.** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated PCB Coating Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. This role includes operating conformal coating equipment, organizing daily workloads, and performing maintenance tasks. Our work shifts include day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and graveyard shifts from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with overtime as needed. **Responsibilities** + Operate conformal coating equipment. + Organize daily workloads to achieve productivity goals. + Inspect coated boards and adjust, touch-up, or remove boards for rework as needed. + Report any issues to the Leader or upper management. + Ensure proper ESD, safety, and protective gear protocols are followed. + Perform basic daily machine maintenance. + Perform effective shift and job change-overs. + Ensure the workstation is in compliance with safety and 5S standards (cleaned and organized). **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. + Experience in conformal coating is a plus. + Skill in preparation and masking is a plus. + Understanding of blueprints, machine operating, production, and coating. + Knowledge of chemical handling and applying protective conformal coatings to PCBs. + Ability to perform assembly and inspection tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Some electronics manufacturing experience is preferred. + Attention to detail. + Sense of responsibility. + Integrity in data handling. + Effective communication skills. + Strong teamwork skills. + Basic chemical knowledge. + Proficiency in machine operation. + Basic quality inspection skills. + Ability to add and remove coatings. **Why Work Here?** We offer a long-term opportunity for growth and development within our company. The workspace is designed to be clean and organized, following 5S standards. Shifts include day and graveyard options, with necessary overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
