Our client, the CEO of a privately held global company, has created a new role to supplement their existing security detail in New York City. This position will alternate assignments with a fellow team member and will involve both domestic and international travel, approximately 4065% of the year. The individual you will be supporting leads an active, athletic lifestyle, and you will often accompany them during workouts and recreational activities. We are seeking a candidate with deep knowledge of New York City who is based locally and available to travel extensively. The ideal individual will have elite military or security training, preferably with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) or Israeli Army, and prior experience handling complex global assignments. The role involves accompanying the CEO and their family on trips, monitoring environments for safety and risk, liaising with aviation and maritime crews, developing evacuation and medical response plans, and maintaining regular communication with the Security Director. A key component of the role also includes driving the CEO and family. The existing team is strong, professional, and collaborative, and the principals are known for being respectful and appreciative of their staff. Qualifications/Characteristics: Polished and poised professional who presents well. Well-traveled, domestic and internationally Undaunted by physical challenges and embraces a great working role that requires energy and stamina. Tech savvy and highly attend to the details. Comfortable interacting with the CEO and sophisticated corporate team. Has experience planning security for travel and lining up additional security resources. Quick thinker but also relaxed and approachable Intuitive and anticipatory High EQ Schedule:Schedule is dependent on the CEO's schedule. Compensation:Base pay of $225k-$250k offered with annual bonus potential, approximately 35% of base pay. Significant benefits included. Relocation provided for the right candidate.
