Oral Surgeon – Sayville & Selden, NY

Practice Overview:

This multi-location specialty group in Sayville and Selden, New York provides full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a technologically advanced, patient-centered environment. Both offices are modern, fully digital, and equipped with CBCT imaging and dedicated consult rooms to support efficient diagnostics and treatment planning. The practices maintain strong patient volume and an established referral network, offering a robust foundation for a new surgeon to thrive.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team serving two high-performing locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for surgical excellence, patient care, and teamwork within a multi-doctor, multi-location setting. This position offers long-term stability, a strong existing patient base, and the opportunity to build a busy, well-supported schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and pathology as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate clearly with patients, referring dentists, and team members.
• Utilize digital and CBCT technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on safety and long-term outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive team culture across both office locations.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Active New York dental license and anesthesia certification (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Experience with CBCT and digital workflows preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM.
• Select Saturday availability as needed, with flexibility between both locations.

Locations:

• Sayville, NY: 4 surgical operatories + 1 consult room
• Selden, NY: 5 surgical operatories + 2 consult rooms
