Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the administrative staff to ensure efficient operations Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures Utilize eCW software for patient records and scheduling Collaborate with healthcare providers, and support staff to optimize patient care Handle human resources duties such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations Provide medical administrative support as needed Requirements: Proven experience in medical office management or related field Strong knowledge of medical terminology and practice management Familiarity with eCW software is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of human resources practices in a medical setting
