As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate within Chase Travel Management & Advisory Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, creative vision, and the ability to analyze data to inform content decisions. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with Chase Travel Management & Advisory's business objectives and target audience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product, to create compelling content and visually engaging assets that resonate with our audience. 
  • Serve as the lead designer for marketing campaigns, creating high-quality visual assets and ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual storytelling across all channels. 
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and interactive experiences, to enhance audience engagement. 
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform both content and creative strategy. 
  • Monitor and report on content and creative performance metrics, using data to optimize and refine strategies. 
  • Manage content and creative calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets across various channels, including social media, email, and web. 
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content and creative assets to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, digital media, and design.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with exposure to creative and design work. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing analytics tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). 
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and creative asset development. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
