**Practice Information:**

**Location:** Hospital - 

**Work Schedule:** Looking for 2-3 shifts of 12 hours each week - 

**On-Call Duties:** None - **System Used:** CERNER - 

**Supervision:** CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) will work under supervision - 

**Surgeries per Day:** About 35 - 

**Pain Management Cases:** None - 

**Operating Rooms:** 16 rooms available - 

**Children's Care:** No pediatric cases

**Qualifications Needed:**

- 

**Michigan License:

** Required (no exceptions) - 

**Certification:** NBCRNA (new graduates are welcome) 

- Required - **Certifications Needed:

** BLS and ACLS - Required - 

**Background Check:** Must have a clean background with no malpractice issues for quick approval 

- Required - **Preference for Providers:

** Local providers who can drive to the location

**Certifications Required:**

- AANA - ACLS - BLS - NBCRNA

**State Requirements:**

- Must have a license to practice in Michigan.
