✍ Short Description:
We’re seeking a Project Manager to own day-to-day project execution from estimation through delivery. This role designs project architecture, builds timelines and budgets, coordinates resources, and keeps stakeholders informed with clear status updates. You’ll ensure work stays on scope and on budget, manage onboarding and credentials, and support invoicing and revenue recognition activities while maintaining rigorous quality and workflow standards.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Design project architecture, estimates, and work-back/Gantt schedules for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor daily spend and progress; flag risks, scope creep, and course-correction needs to stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding, collect client credentials/assets, and facilitate priority projects from estimate to execution.
• Manage timelines with Client Services; prepare agendas/recaps and weekly client updates.
• Generate and reconcile POs against client invoices; support monthly revenue recognition with CS & PD.
• Maintain workflow standards, file hygiene, and basic QA; identify and align appropriate project resources.
• Support onboarding of new PM team members and uphold clear communication and attention to detail.

💡 Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Project Management experience (agency programs/campaigns and complex deliverables).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success keeping projects on budget/schedule; financial management and analysis proficiency.
• Experience creating estimates, timelines, briefs, and status communications; strong stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with operations tools such as Workamajig, Workbook, Advantage, NetSuite OpenAir, Clients + Profits (or similar).
