Key Objectives
- Accurately input and update data related to inventory, orders, and product details.

Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to clarify data requirements.
- Manage workload to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably within the Food & Beverages or related industry.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- Good communication skills in English (US).
- Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic data entry principles and confidentiality protocols.
