Job Title: Electrician Location: Rockaway, NJ Zip Code: 07866 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $24 - $45 Job Description:

The Electrician will work with the maintenance department to handle all electrical work.
Installs and repairs electrical apparatus and wiring circuits which consist of three-phase 480/240 Volt power, machine tool and production equipment, control circuits, lighting and 110-volt power circuits.
Work instructions may come from complicated drawings or simple sketches.
Responsible for troubleshooting and emergency repair.
Mechanical knowledge is also required to complete equipment repairs.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

Installs and repairs plant equipment.
Installs and maintains power circuits.
Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment.
Directs helpers in maintenance efforts.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

High School or vocational school.
Preferable 5 yrs Industrial maintenance electrical work.
