ABOUT THE POSITION
A well-established solo-doctor dental practice in Crozet, VA is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join their team. Crozet is a rapidly growing community just west of Charlottesville, known for its scenic mountain views, wineries, outdoor recreation, and strong family-oriented neighborhoods. This opportunity offers autonomy, stability, and the chance to grow within a modern, community-focused practice.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, 4-day work week
Solo-doctor practice with strong existing patient flow
Comprehensive General Dentistry
Implant placement is a plus — office is equipped with a PAN
5 operatories
Supported by a clinical team including 1 hygienist and 3 dental assistants
Patient base consists primarily of cash and insurance
Skills in extractions, implants, and endodontics are highly valued
Modern de novo office located in the heart of Crozet
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Competitive pay structure: Daily Minimum Guarantee , then transition to 30–33% of Adjusted Production
