As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly face representing our nonprofit partners at events and in the community. You’ll play a key role in educating , engaging , and inspiring the public to support social causes that are making a real difference.
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and public outreach campaigns
Initiate authentic, friendly conversations with members of the public—no scripts required
Share nonprofit missions and encourage involvement through donations, volunteering, or advocacy
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals and campaign success
Maintain a high level of professionalism, compassion , and integrity in all interactions
