Completes daily reports and photographs construction progress.85%Review submittals, requests for information, and construction documents (drawings, specifications, and reports) for constructability and provide recommendations to Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR).15%Other:NPS systems and processesHealth and Safety Considerations: Typical health and safety considerations associated with construction work sites are expected and lead-based paint has been identified in both buildings/work sites. Additional on-site training, if necessary, associated with the removal of lead-based paint will be provided contingent on the construction contractors? demolition plans. Required Safety Gear: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while inspecting the construction sites including eye protection, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and a safety vest.
