COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LEAD PROJECT MANAGER

NOW HIRING !! One of Floridas top builders, is looking for an experienced LEAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER to join their team immediately. COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

· Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Project Engineer's, Subcontractor's and Owner's/Clients

· Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems
