Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Clinical Business Analyst. You will provide business analysis, project management, application programming and reporting, vendor relationship management, and software support services.

Job Description

• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations staff to implement, support, and improve various internal applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, providing on-site support and training on the Clinical Provider Scheduling System and Personnel Tracking Application.
• Work closely with staff across the agency to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Coach and assist teams in implementing best practices that improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and overall business efficiency.
• Participate in requirements analysis, documentation, and development of new application systems.
• Partner with IT and operational teams to ensure system enhancements align with facility goals and compliance standards.

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or correctional health environment.
• Experience in business analysis, system implementation, or clinical application support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative personnel.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, information systems, or related field (master’s preferred)
• DOC and PREA will be required

Additional Requirements

• Schedule Notes: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

  Pay Rate

• $64.00 per hour
