About the Role: Box Office Staff

We are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Box Office Staff to join our opening team. This role is critical in welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth entry into the venue. Ideal candidates are comfortable working with guests face-to-face and over the phone, while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service

• Manage ticket sales, reservations, and seating assignments using POS/booking systems

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the venue and events

• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity

• Coordinate with management and floor staff to ensure smooth guest flow

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience in box office, front desk, or customer service roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems

• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
