This role provides strategic oversight of cash flow, internal controls, systems optimization, and process transformation to support business growth, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with deep technical expertise, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

? Provide leadership to the Accounting teams, including supervisors and managers, with a focus on team development, performance management, and succession planning.

? Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, driving automation, efficiency, and accountability.

? Establish and enforce best-in-class accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with GAAP and company standards.

? Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Merchandising, Treasury, and Operations to align financial workflows with broader business priorities.

? Evaluate and enhance ERP systems and accounting platforms to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation.

? Prepare and present dashboards, KPIs, and AP/AR performance insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

? Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors for AP/AR-related processes and documentation.

? Monitor compliance with evolving accounting standards and recommend changes in procedures or systems to ensure adherence.

? Lead or support finance transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, M&A integration, and scalable operational design.

? Perform other duties as assigned by executive management.

Qualifications:

? A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced certification is preferred.

? 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a management or director-level role focused on AP/AR.

? Proven leadership experience in high-volume, multi-location, or multi-entity environments.

? Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution industries is strongly preferred.

? Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

? Strong command of GAAP, cash management strategies, internal controls, and operational accounting best practices.

? Demonstrated success in leading teams through systems implementation, automation, and process reengineering.

? Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

? Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into action.

? Effective communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence across departments and senior leadership.

? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Benefits:

? Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.

? 401 (k) Retirement Saving Plan with 4% Company Match.

? Long-Term Services Award.

? Employee Discount.

? Paid Time Off.
