Earls Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, a leading company in the Wholesale industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data into our system, ensuring the integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
  
• Verify accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed
  
• Maintain and update financial records and reports
  
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  
• Support the Accounting Manager with ad-hoc projects as needed
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
  
• 1+ years of experience in data entry or accounting role
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
