About the Program:
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The Hotel Operations Department is responsible for delivering the entire onboard guest experience - everything that impacts the guest outside of the ship’s navigation and marine operations. This team oversees onboard guest accommodations, dining, entertainment and activities, shore excursions, guest services and front desk, laundry, compliance with all regulations, onboard crew support, and more – all while delivering exceptional hospitality. They work closely with every department in the company to design, create and execute the best vacations at sea. If it touches the guest, it touches the Hotel Ops teams, making this a truly global team with a wealth of exciting career paths.
