Globe is seeking a Virtual Insurance Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating potential clients on the package of supplemental benefits offered, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients with claims processing.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in sales or customer service 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or video calls
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums to clients
• Assist clients in completing applications and the underwriting process
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients
• Process insurance claims and handle any inquiries or issues
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
