Surgical Service Coordinator Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital | Woburn, MA Are you an organized, proactive veterinary technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital , is looking for a
Surgical Service Coordinator to be the go-to point of contact for our Surgery and Neurology departments. In this key role, you’ll help keep our teams on track, ensure smooth workflow, and support exceptional patient care.
Schedule: - Tuesday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
Compensation: What You’ll Do: - Coordinate all procedures and add-ons for Surgery and Neurology, keeping the day running smoothly
- Monitor treatment queues and check off completed tasks
- Assign and delegate cases to maintain efficient workflow
- Assist with patient treatments in both Surgery and Neurology
- Ensure top-quality patient care through digital treatment sheets
- Keep the team productive during downtime by proactively assigning tasks
- Wrap up end-of-day responsibilities efficiently
- Communicate with leadership if extra support is needed

- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
