We are a private family in the San Francisco Bay area offering relocation support for Housekeepers to ensure a smooth and secure transition for qualified candidates. We understand circumstances may be evolving for you. This position can be structured as a short-term role (1–2 years) or continue as needed over the long term, based on your personal situation and preferences.

What We Offer:

Relocation & Onboarding Support

• Relocation Coverage: Financial assistance to help with the transition to Atherton, CA. 
• Moving Expenses: We cover reimbursement costs or provide a lump-sum allowance.

• Orientation & Training: A structured onboarding process covering household protocols, cleaning standards, and schedules to ensure a seamless adjustment.

Ongoing Support

• Dedicated Point of Contact: A relocation specialist to assist with questions about your role, move, and work environment.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a private estate in Atherton, CA. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Full Housekeeping Duties: Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and maintaining organization.
• Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Surface Care Expertise: Proper care of high-end finishes, furniture, and delicate surfaces.
• Guest & Family Support: Assisting with household needs and occasional event setup.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in high-end housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to handle delicate fabrics and luxury furnishings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. (job location is in Atherton, CA)
