Position: Environmental Health and Safety Officer
Location: Littleton, MA (Hybrid)

Overview

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Officer supports workplace safety and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities. This role partners with Corporate Services leadership to implement safety programs, oversee inspections, manage vendors, and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable state and local safety regulations.
• Conduct facility inspections, maintain safety records, and oversee corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and emergency preparedness programs.
• Coordinate safety-related work orders, vendors, and facility partners.
• Track incidents, prepare reports, and support audits and inspections.
• Maintain safety documentation and digital records using SharePoint and related tools.

Requirements

• Education/experience equivalent to 10 20+ years in EHS or facilities safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk facilities, lift up to 40 lbs, and conduct hands-on safety inspections.
