Unbeatable Pay
Make the kind of money that'll have your scissors doing backflips: At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps , or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an a verage of $33.50 - $66/hour (yep, you read that right). Your earnings can soar as high as your skills allow!

You'll connect with your clients, foster relationships, and make every visit an experience they can't wait to repeat.
