Description We are looking for a talented Service Designer to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping user-focused designs and improving digital experiences. If you are passionate about understanding user behavior and leveraging innovative tools to create intuitive solutions, this opportunity is perfect for you. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure research findings drive impactful design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. - Perform A/B testing to validate design solutions and optimize user experiences. - Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows effectively. - Work with APIs, Ajax, and CSS to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces. - Leverage tools like Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks. - Analyze and present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. - Stay updated on UX trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design process. Requirements - Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform design decisions. - Must have healthcare experience - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Ajax, APIs, and CSS. - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Atlassian Jira. - Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on user-centered design principles. - Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and team members.
