Job Description:

• Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Team Leadership: Ability to lead and facilitate three Agile teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and adherence to Scrum processes.
• Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address team challenges and foster a positive team environment.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching team members on Agile practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Jira Proficiency: Proficient in using Jira for project management, including creating and managing boards, tracking progress, generating reports/dashboard, and creating Jira Plans (roadmaps).
