Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated full-time Occupational Therapists (OT) for the 2025–2026 school year to work in the school-based setting . Job Details:

• In-person candidates
• Position is for the 25-26 school year
• Position starts August 2025
• Pediatric experience a plus!
• Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
• Complete IEPs and documentation
• Collaborate with school Special Education team
• Requires a state license or be willing to acquire ASAP
• Requires an CDE certification or willing to acquire ASAP

We began our career working in the districts and also as contractors. We sought to create an alternative to working with big staffing companies.
