IMMEDIATE NEED FOR CONSTRUCTION SAFETY TRAINER TO CONDUCT NEW CONTRACTOR ORIENATION IN ENGLISH AND IN SPANISH!

SAFETY/TRAINING/ORIENTATION EXPERIENCE AND OSHA 510 or HIGHER REQUIRED

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Candidate must possess the skills to conduct orientation in a professional manner with the skillset to create and deliver through PowerPoint.

Multiple orientations will be conducted daily

Strong Verbal and Communication Skills a MUST

Attention to detail

Ability to Adapt to diversified workforce

Construction training experience preferred

Minimum Requirements & Expectations :

• 2-3 Years presentation or training experience
• Knowledge with Safe Execution of TOOL install process PREFERRED
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office such that training programs, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations can be generated
• Capable of instructing regulatory and proprietary training as typically needed on a large industrial construction site
• Ability to interface with construction personnel in the field to include management
• Extremely knowledgeable with Time management and problem solving skills.
