Salary: $26.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:   

• Travel to other company locations as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager to provide support and complete assigned work orders. 

• Assistwith apartment make-ready procedures



• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings



• Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with Supervisor approval



• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies



• Available oron-callfor after-hours emergencies when assigned



• Ability to manage multiple sites and responsibilities

Qualifications - 

• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form



• Previousexperience in property maintenance is notrequired, but a willingness to learn and a teachable attitude are preferred



• Some knowledge of painting and drywall patching



• Minor appliance skills



• General knowledge about building equipment



• Able to evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty parts



• Familiarity with plumbing repairs - change garbage disposals and replace faucets



• Handle service callsin a timely manner



• Good safety habits



• Able to speak to residents andmaintaingood working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
