Job Description

Job Summary: The Roofing Specialist at Boss Exteriors is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This is a skilled labor job that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. This is a full-time, hourly position based in Canby, Oregon. Responsibilities:

Install and repair various types of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
Measure and cut materials to fit the roof's dimensions
Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare the roof for new installation
Use roofing tools and equipment, such as hammers, saws, and nail guns
Assist with loading and unloading roofing materials
Inspect roofs for damage and make necessary repairs
Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 year of experience in roofing or construction
Experience with various roofing systems preferred
Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
