Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a business plan to establish and grow your own travel agency under our brand umbrella.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance your network and reputation.
Utilize our booking platforms, resources, and marketing materials to create customized travel packages and itineraries for your clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries, personalized recommendations, and proactive assistance throughout the travel planning process.
Stay informed about industry trends, destination developments, and travel regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to your clients.
Manage administrative tasks, including booking reservations, processing payments, and maintaining records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to build and grow your own business.
Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others experience the world.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
Sales and marketing experience preferred, with the ability to promote your services and attract new clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using email, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
Certification from a recognized travel agency program or association is a plus, but not required.
