Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
Understand clients' needs and propose effective solutions
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value
Show and promote properties to potential buyers
Advertise listings through various marketing channels
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
