Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties

• Understand clients' needs and propose effective solutions

• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property value

• Show and promote properties to potential buyers

• Advertise listings through various marketing channels

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
