**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Inspects and performs tests on mechanical, electrical, or structural components and assemblies related to reactor plant operators. Inspections vary from close tolerance dimensional checks to general surveillance of the work in progress. Both receiving and in-process inspection duties are required. **Responsibilities** + Inspect and perform tests on mechanical, electrical, or structural components and assemblies related to reactor plant operators. + Conduct close tolerance dimensional checks and general surveillance of work in progress. + Perform both receiving and in-process inspections. + Make decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of work and tests performed. + Determine appropriate measuring equipment to use for inspections. + Temporarily halt work that would affect the reactor plant if necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience with AS9100 and AS9200 standards. + Proficiency in incoming inspection and receiving inspection. + Expertise in using calipers and other quality control tools. + Strong documentation skills. + Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Experience in mechanical and quality inspection. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
